TIME SCHEDULE

KumaTeam Summer Training Camp – 8 Day Program


Arrival & Welcome Dinner

Arrival in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan


Traditional welcome dinner at an authentic Kyrgyz restaurant.


Ala-Archa National Park – one of Kyrgyzstan’s most beautiful and popular hiking destinations, located just 40 minutes from Bishkek. Known for its stunning peaks and professional trekking routes, it’s a favorite spot for mountaineers.


Light evening walk to explore the area’s natural beauty.


Check-in to a mountain lodge in Ala-Archa.


Overnight stay in Ala-Archa.

Mountain Hike & Nature Immersion

Breakfast surrounded by nature.


Full-day hike to a beautiful mountain waterfall (approx. 4–4.5 km uphill).


Stunning views, fresh mountain air, and deep connection with nature.


Return to lodge, group reflection, light evening walk.

Journey to Karakol

Morning departure to Karakol — one of the highest-altitude regions in the country, where the main part of the training camp will be held.


Travel by car or domestic flight depending on group size.


Arrival and check-in.


Evening training session (boxing techniques, freestyle wrestling drills, and cardio warm-ups).


Overnight stay in Karakol.

Cardio Training, Canyon Ride & Horseback Adventure

Early morning cardio training — uphill running in the mountains.


After breakfast, trip to scenic canyons and the iconic “Broken Heart” rock formation.


Afternoon horseback ride through nearby trails to local waterfalls.


Evening technical training session (boxing, wrestling, strength drills).

Dual Training Day & Campfire Night

Morning training at the gym (boxing, wrestling, strength & conditioning).


Evening outdoor training focused on endurance and elevation.


Campfire gathering — stories, music, and bonding with the team under the stars.

High-Altitude Training at 3200m

Trip to a mountain plateau at 3,200 meters elevation.


Open-air cardio training session in one of the region’s most scenic peaks — a training experience like no other.


Return to Karakol and evening rest.


Optional cultural dinner or group reflection.

Relaxation Day at Issyk-Kul Lake

Transfer to a resort on Issyk-Kul Lake — the pearl of Central Asia.


Time to relax on the beach, enjoy the sauna, or unwind in the pool.


Evening training session on the lakeside (boxing & wrestling technique).


Recharge before heading home.

Final breakfast with the group.

Transfer back to Bishkek.


Departure to Dubai.

Kumar Kaliev, the founder of Kuma Bootcamp, was born and raised in the heart of Kyrgyzstan — a land of towering mountains, endless valleys, and rich nomadic traditions. Growing up close to nature, he developed a deep respect for the outdoors and learned early on that true strength is built not just in the gym, but in the wild.

With a solid background in combat sports, Kuma has trained in MMA, Boxing, Wrestling, Sambo and traditional Kyrgyz fighting styles. His journey as a fighter wasn’t just about competitions — it was about mastering discipline, resilience, and a warrior’s mindset. These values are at the core of everything he teaches today.

Kuma's vision for the bootcamp is simple: to create an experience where modern training meets nature, and where people can disconnect from daily life to reconnect with themselves. Kuma Bootcamp is not just about workouts — it's about challenging your limits through outdoor adventures like hiking, horse riding, archery, and immersing yourself in traditional Kyrgyz culture (including some seriously good food).

Every bootcamp is designed and personally led by Kuma himself, ensuring authenticity in every detail. His goal is to share not only his training methods but also the rich heritage of Kyrgyzstan, offering participants a raw, powerful experience that strengthens both body and mind.

I have medical problems. Can I join?

Sure. Our instructors will warn before doing fitness job that are harmful for that medical condition. So keep away from doing that.

What payment types do you accept?

All payments are processed via PayPal. You may also pay at the centre. But please call us to join the club.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. The first 3 days of your membership is completely free. You may cancel your subscription if you are not satisfied.
